Training Transfer and Cancellation Policy
Training Transfer and Cancellation Policy
*Notification reminders will start going out to registrants in June, 2022. The following policy will formally go into effect January 1st, 2023.*
Registrants have 6 months to complete the certification training and exam once registration is submitted. If the program is not completed the registration fees are forfeit and the individual must register for the course again. Reminders will be sent out to attendees of their course status on the first business day of the month.
Transfer of a course registration may be requested if the program has not been started by the original attendee, and the new attendee qualifies for the program. For example, if they transfer the erosion and sediment control certification course, the new attendee must provide their Responsible Personnel Certificate number, or RPC number. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to training@mtbma.org.
A full refund will be provided upon request within 6 months of the registration if the individual has not started the program. The course is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online from a desktop or laptop computer. Reminders will be sent to users that have not completed their course and exam. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to training@mtbma.org.
