Flexible Sequences of Construction for Designers (SHA Projects Only)

Presented by the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) in conjunction with the Maryland Quality Initiative Project Development Subcommittee.

This workshop is intended for intermediate to advanced designers with 4-10 years of experience who want to improve their skills in preparing Erosion and Sediment Control Sequences of Construction for SHA projects. This workshop will show designers how and why to add flexibility for contractors while still meeting all regulatory and compliance requirements. 5 PDHs are available upon completion of the workshop.

Cost: $125 per attendee (includes lunch)

Registration: Space is limited, and the initial registration will be limited to three attendees per company. Additional spaces may be available closer to the event date. The presentation portion of this workshop will be recorded and will be available online after the event.

• Maryland Department of the Environment Erosion and Sediment Control training course (formerly “Green Card”): Responsible Personnel Certification (state.md.us)
• State Highway Administration Erosion and Sediment Control Certification (Yellow Card)
