Join MTBMA for a day of golf, networking and friendly competition at Queenstown Harbor Golf.
The day begins with golfer check-in, grab-and-go breakfast sandwiches, coffee, orange juice and bottled water. Arrive early to connect with fellow members, visit the practice facilities and prepare for the 10:30 AM shotgun start.
Throughout the tournament, golfers will enjoy:
- An on-course All American Grille featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken and traditional sides
- Freshly baked cookies and brownies
- Beverage service featuring beer, hard seltzer, canned sodas, bottled water and sports drinks
- Complimentary Snacks provided on-course
- Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin contests
- Hole-in-One opportunities
- Raffles, prizes and plenty of networking along the way
Following play, join us in the pavilion for drinks, tournament awards, raffle drawings and additional time to connect with colleagues and industry partners.
A portion of event proceeds will benefit the MTBMA Political Action Committee, helping strengthen the transportation construction industry’s voice on the issues that matter most.
Sponsorship opportunities are available and provide excellent visibility throughout the tournament. Raffle prize donations are also welcome and help make the golfer experience even more memorable.

| 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM | Golfer Check-In, Breakfast & Networking Check in, pick up tournament materials and enjoy a grab-and-go breakfast sandwich with coffee, orange juice and bottled water. |
| 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM | Warm-Up & Cart Staging Visit the driving range and practice greens, purchase mulligans and raffle tickets, and prepare for the start of play. |
| 10:30 AM - 10:30 AM | Shotgun Start All carts roll! The tournament will follow a scramble format for a fun and enjoyable pace of play. |
| 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM | Golf Tournament Enjoy on-course contests, hospitality, beverages and snacks throughout the tournament. |
| 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM | On-Course Grille Stop by the All American Grille for hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, sides, cookies and brownies. |
| 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM | Awards, Raffles & Networking Reception After completing your round, return to the pavilion for drinks, tournament awards, raffle drawings and post-play networking. |
