Aggregate Technical Committee

Mission

To promote the industry's interest on aggregate specifications in construction materials through involvement with local and federal agencies and serving as an advocate to present a unified voice regarding trending technical issues important to producers.


Alternate Delivery Committee

Mission

Create a forum for open communication between MDOT and the Industry with respect to their mutual interest in improving and enhancing alternative project delivery in Maryland.


Environmental Committee

To inspire and inform our members on key environmental issues facing Maryland’s transportation construction industry and its communities, and to communicate to external stakeholders about MTBMA’s role in environmental stewardship through outreach, education, and government policies.

Planning & Design Committee

Promoting a multimodal planning strategy while addressing all aspects of the transportation planning and design process including state and gederal regulations, current industry practices, and emerging approaches and concepts.  The Committee provides stakeholders the specialized expertise, resources, and support to help resolve matters with state and local agencies as well as provide interpretation and recommendations on arising industry related technical matters.
