To MTBMA Members,
Please take a moment to review the 2011 Economic Forecast released by ARTBA’s Economics and Research team. Clearly, this is not great news, but it is predicated on a “no action” agenda on both the federal and state levels.
We will vigorously pursue both arenas to plead our case for a strong federal program and a push for a gas tax coupled with Trust Fund protection in Maryland as well as a push to return the HUR dollars to the counties and municipalities.
